We will start rolling out our Linux VPS and Reseller plans in India after 4th July 2009.

Can you migrate my accounts from my old host to your server?
Yes, we will migrate all of your accounts for free as long as you are currently using cpanel/whm.
How fast is the setup time?
Since we are in processing of launching our Indian servers, please allow up to 2-3 days for setup time. However, ALL orders can be RUSHED by submitting a ticket at our helpdesk or by calling us at 1-732-253-0169.
What are your sales office hours?
Our sales office works 7 days a week, 9AM-5PM eastern time. However, we are often online and working 24×7. We do NOT guarantee a response time on any sales/billing related inquiries.
Do you support my clients’ sales/billing issues?
At this time, we only support your clients’ technical support related issues.
What kind of latency does you data center have to other Indian cities ?
Latency to other parts of India is somewhere between 10ms – 80 ms depending upon your ISP.
Which are the other countries will have the low latency as well?
We believe that Asian countries such as Singapore, Malaysia , and China will have great connection speeds and low latency.
What is the port speed ?
The port speed is 100mbps uplink shared.
Can I get test IP(s)?

You should take Parallels Virtuozzo and Server Management feature into the VPS account. Considering Indian Datacenter, it is the cheapest price on the web as far as we know. We will definitely match any price for the above plans from any other provider.

Hello ikjain,
We don’t choose any datacenter based on how small or big group it is. We choose datacenter which has more reliability in terms of network uptime, network speed and throughput. After all it is the quality of service that matters to us for our customers.
Also CtrlS is in Hyderabad not Mumbai and they are the first Tier-IV Datacenter of India with an excellent network. On a different note, can you elaborate more on what made you think they are a smaller group ?

The price is fine by me but the bandwidth is just a bit low. $60 – 30GB per month is very low.

It is the bandwidth in India which is costly. Our prices are lowest and we don’t mind matching other’s price. So please let us know about it and we can match the price.

In Mumbai you can try [ URL moderated ] I got a good price from them for hosting VPS then I found you. The problem with hyderabad and your ping test was that its not as well connected as Mumbai because it is a smaller city.
The test from our japan VPS to Mumbai is very good . Not so good for your ip address in Hyderabad.

It is too early for you to comment on the datacenter we have chosen and the service which have not started yet. ctrls has a single datacenter in hyderabad?if hyderabad idc fail for any reason fluid etc.what will happen of ctrls clients?

I think you people selected the data center just due to cost. There are many datacenetrs in India which have very good network than Ctrl S.

I think it is out of scope and to some extent not professional to discuss why Odisha has taken the decision to choose Ctrl S. However your other line really brought my attention into to write here. Can you please write back more on some Tier-IV Datacenter in India with some test files to check the network quality.
I am considering for hosting a server in India that would help me a lot and I am evaluating. What is your experience with other datacenters ?

Yes, Ctrl is one of the cheapest and a good data center, Other data centers like VSNL are good but they are bit expensive. CtrlS is not connected with NIXI
